Your trust matters. Here's exactly how we handle your information.

This website is operated by Tony Portell and Helping Others Heal, a 501c3 nonprofit ministry ("we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.
Transparent. Simple. Respectful.
When you join our email list, take an assessment, make a purchase, or contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and any responses or messages you choose to share. Purchases are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details. Like most websites, our platform may also collect standard technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) to keep the site working properly.
To send you the emails you signed up for, deliver products and resources you request, respond to your messages, and improve what we offer. Assessment responses are used to provide your results and recommend relevant resources.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out is honored immediately and permanently.
This site is hosted on AttractWell. Payments run through Stripe. Podcast audio is served by Buzzsprout. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing tony@nolongerstuck.org.
Our coaching ministry is pastoral, not clinical. Anything you share with us in a coaching context is held in confidence within our team, with the ordinary exceptions required by law and safety.
We're happy to help. Reach out any time — a real person will read your note.
